How close is the Kentucky Horse Park?
Extremely close! We are located just 2 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park (about 1.5 miles), making this the ultimate home base for horse show competitors and spectators.
Is there free parking and EV charging?
Yes, we have a large driveway with room to park up to 10 vehicles securely behind our gate. We do not have an EV charger.
Do you allow pets or events?
Strictly no pets. Parties and Events are welcome. Family group gatherings within our 10-guest limit are highly welcome!
What security features does the property have?
The property is protected with a secure fence completely around the house and has an electronic security gate on the driveway. Entry codes are provided upon booking.
